1General Terms & Conditions

By using the ch777.pro website or the ch777 mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the ch777 platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between ch777 and the platform user. ch777 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Ch777 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration or close an existing account — particularly if the account holder has violated these Terms and Conditions.

2Account Register

To open an account with ch777, you must provide truthful and accurate information. Registering with false or misleading details is a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account closure. You will be required to provide the following information at registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Valid Email Address
• Active Mobile Number
• Date of birth
• Current Residential Address

Each individual may hold only one account on ch777. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account details change, notify ch777 Support immediately.

3Age Verification

Ch777 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. Age declaration is mandatory at registration, and ch777 may verify a user's age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Ch777 may request the following documents for age verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving license
• Birth registration certificate

If it is established that a user opened an account while under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately. All winnings accumulated in that account will be forfeited, and only the original deposit will be returned.

4Deposit Policy

All deposits to ch777 must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum Deposit Amount: BDT 200
• Maximum Single Deposit: Applicable limits apply
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer
• Deposits are usually processed instantly

If a deposit fails or is delayed for any reason, contact ch777 support immediately. ch777 reserves the right to decline deposits made through unauthorized payment methods.

5Withdrawal Policy

KYC verification must be completed on your account before you can make a withdrawal from ch777. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be processed. The payment method used for withdrawals must also match the method used for deposits.

• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 500
• Processing Time: Up to 24 hours
• For VIP members: within 2–4 hours
• Weekly Withdrawal Limit: Determined by account tier

If a withdrawal request is not processed within 24 hours, please contact the Support Team. ch777 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious withdrawal request pending investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at ch777 are subject to specific terms and validity periods. Each bonus may carry its own wagering requirements, expiry date, and game restrictions, which will be detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonuses May Be Restricted to Specific Games
• Bonuses expire and are automatically cancelled once the validity period ends
• Bonus Funds Are Used First, Then Real Money
• Ch777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus

Ch777 actively works to prevent bonus abuse. If a player attempts to exploit the bonus system for unfair gain, their bonuses will be forfeited and their account may be suspended.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ch777 platform. Violations will result in immediate action:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same individual's name
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Money Laundering or Illegal Financial Activity
• Colluding fraudulently with other players
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ch777 systems
• Abusive or Threatening Behavior Toward Support Staff
• Depositing or withdrawing via a third-party account

8Privacy & Data Protection

Ch777 treats the protection of your personal information as its top priority. The data we collect is used solely for platform operations, service improvement, and legal compliance. ch777 never sells your personal information to third parties.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Ch777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• When Suspicious Financial Activity Is Detected
• At your own request (self-exclusion)
• In cases of extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned subject to applicable conditions. For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee of BDT 100 will be deducted after 12 months of inactivity.

10Responsible Gaming

11Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between ch777 and a player will first be handled through the support team. To raise a dispute, the player must notify the support team in writing within 30 days of the incident.

Ch777's support team will typically provide an initial response to a dispute within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, it will be escalated to ch777's licensing authority. The authority's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

12Terms & Conditions Updates

Ch777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavor to provide advance notice via email or an in-platform notification. However, it remains the user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of the latest terms.

Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms have been published means you accept the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
